In the increasingly fierce market competition,innovation is to become the enterprise in numerous competition on hand based on the assassin's mace.How to effectively promote the staff innovation behavior is the foundation and source of enterprise innovation,this subject has increasingly become an important subject,attracted numerous scholars and enterprise managers in this study.The existing research affect employees' innovative behavior,as individuals in organizations have to point out,however,leadership style,especially pay more attention to employees' psychology and behavior of the two aspects of transformational leadership,it must be affect employee innovative behavior of one of the most important factors.of course,about the research between transformational leadership and employee innovative behavior unitv,but transformational leadership directly affect employee innovative behavior is a major concentrated areas of the existing research.Above all,behaviour and psychology as an employee psychological perception of work,leadership behavior,psychological authorization for employee's performance,attitude and behavior have an important influence.Through relevant research,scholars have found that spontaneous form of motivation is the key factors affecting employees produce innovation,and the employee psychological authorization aspects of perception and the spontaneous formation of the motives there are closely linked.Therefore,in order to believe between the mechanism of action of the analysis and interpretation of dreams,this article before for the premise of theoretical analysis,to join the psychological empowerment,job complexity,the two variables,and based on the existing research literature research,built on the "mental authorization,transformational leadership,job complexity,employee innovative behavior," the basic theoretical framework model,and puts forward the related assumptions.Then existing mental authorization,transformational leadership,job complexity and the measurement scale of innovation behavior of employees in and revision;Based on this,the author through SPSS18.0 statistical software,the comprehensive analysis on the data collected in,verify the basic hypothesis of this paper,and it is concluded complexity and the staff innovation behavior mechanism between these.This paper puts forward the idea that in enterprise management practice,to be enhanced in order to make the employees' innovative behavior,and organizational innovation performance to give enough attention,and through the Angle of psychology attaches great importance to the employees,authorized the psychological perception of our employees.Enterprise only do that can be developed better employee innovative behavior,thus a scientific guidance on the management practice.
