With the rapid development of global science and technology in recent years,the innovation ability plays an increasingly important role in the competition of enterprises.The improvement of enterprise innovation ability can't be achieved without the efforts of every employee.Therefore,how to improve the innovation behavior of employees has become an urgent problem for many enterprises and scholars.According to the existing studies,it is not difficult to see that transformational leadership has a significant effect on employees' innovation behavior,but the mechanism of action between the two has not reached a consistent conclusion.As employees born after 1980 gradually enter the workplace and become the main force of enterprises,the effective management of the new generation of employees has become the focus of enterprise management.Based on new generation employees as the research object,this paper discusses the transformational leadership and employee interaction relationship between the innovation behavior,and introducing the job involvement as an intermediary role,power distance is the regulation mechanism of action of these analysis,to explore China's new generation employees as the object of the mechanism of action of transformational leadership and employee innovative behavior.By combing through the existing relevant literature,this study constructs the theoretical relationship model of transformational leadership,employee engagement in work and employee innovation behavior,and discusses the moderating effect of power distance.For the model,the maturity scale of each variable was selected,and 481 valid data were collected by the questionnaire survey as a sample of this study,At the same time,SPSS,AMOS,Mplus and other software are used to conduct exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,correlation analysis,bootstrap method test mediation,LMS method,etc,and draw relevant conclusions:(1)In the new generation of employees,there is a significant positive correlation between transformational leadership and employees' work engagement;there is a significant positive correlation between the new generation of employees' work engagement and employees' innovative behavior;there is also a significant positive correlation between employees' work engagement and employees' innovative behavior;transformational leadership also has a significant positive correlation with employees' innovative behavior.(2)The work engagement of the new generation of employees plays a mediating role between transformational leadership and employees' innovative behavior.(3)The power distance has a negative adjustment between the transformational leadership and the new generation of employees' work input.The power distance has a negative adjustment between the transformational leadership and the new generation of employees' innovative behavior.The conclusion of this study further confirms that transformational leadership has a positive influence on employees' innovation behavior in the new generation of employees.At the same time,it is verified that the influence between the two is realized through the intermediary variable of job involvement.When selecting employees,managers should try to select employees with such characteristics as vitality,concentration and dedication.Finally,power distance negatively regulates the influence mechanism between employees' work engagement and their innovative behaviors.Therefore,managers should focus on narrowing the distance with the new generation of employees,so as to improve their innovative behaviors.
