With the development of society, the success of an enterprise more depends onhuman resources development. Recruitment is an important storage for human resource,which influences on the development of the enterprise. The successful recruitment canpropel the development of enterprise.With the market economy in socialist standardized, most state-owned enterpriseshave changed their system gradually. However, because of the history, there are manyproblems about recruitment of State-owned enterprises. Therefore, researchingrecruitment effectiveness of state-owned enterprises has an important signification.The article is mainly about the influence upon the recruitment of state-ownedaccording to the characteristics of state-owned enterprises. Through the combination ofliterature research and empirical study, the paper researches the influences on recruitmenteffectiveness of state-owned enterprises and the influence degrees. As state-ownedenterprises have their characteristics, the methods of recruitment in state-ownedenterprise are researched in this paper, instead of strategic and macroscopic view.Therefore, the influence factors are recruitment strategy, interviewer competency andEvaluation technology.The questionnaires were given to the employees who have experience in recruitment.Then we use the SPSS software to analyze. Firstly, factor analysis is a method to extractten factors. Secondly, regression analysis is used to analyze different influence degrees.We have two conclusions through the empirical analysis. Firstly, the average levelof recruitment effectiveness in state-owned enterprises is general, which shows that therecruitment effectiveness in state-owned enterprises needs a large improvement.Secondly, recruitment channel, interviewer professional ability, training experience andevaluation method have a positive influence on recruitment effectiveness of state-ownedenterprises, while the other factors have no obvious influences. Aiming to the conclusion,the article offers suggestions to improve the recruitment effectiveness for state-ownedenterprises.
