Nowadays,with the development of economy,the competition among enterprises is more and more fierce,and talents are gradually taken as the "main battlefield" to carry out the competition.In the tide of market economy,enterprise managers are more and more aware of the importance of human resource management.However,how to attract excellent talents,stabilize the staff team,bind the interests of core talents and the interests of the company together for a long time and achieve common development has become an important issue for human resource managers at present.Under the new economic tide,human resources are the strategic resources for the growth of modern enterprises,and recruitment is the main channel to acquire talents.If there is no one,the production,procurement,research and development,sales and service of the enterprise and other links are also impossible to talk about.The purpose of employee recruitment is to find the right people in the labor market in line with the needs of the enterprise's strategic planning as the starting point,and through the evaluation of the effectiveness of recruitment,let the enterprise clear whether the recruitment objective is achieved and the quality of recruitment.State-owned enterprises are the pillar and backbone of the national economic development.The reform of state-owned enterprises has achieved phased results in important fields and key links,and it has become the development trend and direction of state-owned enterprises to form a more market-oriented state-owned asset management system and modern enterprise system.However,there are some problems in state-owned enterprises,such as the outdated concept of employment,the emphasis on education and universities,and the neglect of the practical ability of the applicants,which need to be improved urgently.This paper follows the general theory,specific analysis to the design of the implementation of the logical research framework,around the "effectiveness of recruitment" this line of research.Established in August 2006,LY wind power is a large state-ownedenterprise and a regional company of LY power group co.,LTD.,a subsidiary of the national energy group,in hebei province.In this paper,the recruitment effectiveness of LY wind power company is studied by combining quantitative and qualitative methods,literature research,questionnaire survey,case analysis and other methods.This paper constructs the evaluation index system of the effectiveness of recruitment in state-owned enterprises from three aspects of recruitment cost,recruitment efficiency and recruitment quality,and applies the constructed index system to evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment activities of LY wind power generation company.According to the evaluation results,countermeasures are put forward from three aspects: core path,safeguard measures and risk control.This paper takes the whole recruitment process as the framework to construct the recruitment effectiveness evaluation index system,which is more scientific and reasonable.Through research,this paper concludes that human resources are strategic resources for the growth of enterprises,and enterprises should pay attention to the evaluation of recruitment effectiveness,and constantly find problems,seek solutions and other important conclusions.The research results of this paper not only contribute to the enrichment and development of recruitment theories,but also can comprehensively improve the effectiveness of recruitment of LY wind power company.
