In today’s society, play to the survival and development of enterprises cannot do without efficiency of talents, talents play to the efficiency of enterprises rely on the introduction of suitable for enterprise development staff, enterprise recruitment by what way, relations with the future development of the enterprise. Today, a galaxy of talents in the society, only good talent to boost enterprise development. Faced with this situation, an enterprise how to improve the performance of the company’s recruitment in limited time and space, to complete the enterprise for talent recruitment targets, each enterprise requires forethought problem.In this paper, the problem of recruitment effectiveness of TM enterprise is analyzed, and the characteristics of TM industry are analyzed, and the methods of literature research, empirical analysis, questionnaire and data analysis are used to analyze the factors and difficulties affecting the effectiveness of TM. In our country, the research on the effectiveness of recruitment is mainly on the evaluation index, and the research on TM is relatively small. So the research on the effective factors of TM enterprise recruitment has a double significance of theory and reality.In this paper, the technical level of TM is the entry point of the article and the main research object. That is, the enterprise recruitment strategy, the interviewer competency, evaluation technology. In addition to the first part of the article detailed description of the effective basic theory of enterprise recruitment, research background and research ideas and framework of TM enterprise recruitment system analysis, combined with the characteristics of TM company and recruitment status, from the technical level, the impact of the TM companies recruit effective factors. In the case of the comprehensive interview and questionnaire survey, analysis of the shortcomings and deficiencies of the TM enterprise talent recruitment stage. The use of factors, the research hypothesis and empirical analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey by SPSS18.0. Conclusions: first, the effectiveness of recruitment in TM enterprises in the medium level, in the future to be improved and development. Second, in the TM enterprise recruitment channel, the interviewer professional ability, training experience and TM enterprise recruitment, the evaluation method has a significant positive impact. Therefore, the domestic enterprises in the face of the effectiveness of corporate recruitment, should adhere to do the following. First of all, enrich the recruitment channels, expand the scope of recruitment; second, strengthen the training of the interviewers, enhance the professional ability of the interview, and finally should use a variety of assessment techniques to improve the effectiveness of recruitment.
