With gradually opening up of Chinese financial markets, foreign financialinstitutions competed to flock to the Chinese market, the size of the banking sector isexpanding, followed by increasingly fierce competition. Chinese banking sector is facingunprecedented challenges and opportunities. In this international context, the ChinaBanking Regulatory Commission asked the Chinese banking financial institutions toadhere to the basic economic-oriented services entity, to further deepen the strategictransformation efforts to improve service levels and core competitiveness, accelerate thetransformation of development mode, China’s banking sector in the construction ofcorporate governance, intensive operating level of product and service innovation,showed a welcome change. Therefore, we can easily see that, to improve the quality ofbanking services has become an important development strategy for the banking industry,is also fundamental to improve the bank’s core competitiveness.Taishan, Shenyang Branch, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, as a branch inShenyang, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank established branches in the area. Somebusinesses like bank cards, savings business and personal wealth management productshave accumulated a large number of customers, either personal business as the corebusiness of the line from the volume of business or customer evaluation reflects the styleof a mature branch. In addition, I have a three-month internship in Taishan ShenyangBranch, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, I felt more vital to understand the variousaspects of the branch service quality and operating conditions. Therefore, I chose TaishanShenyang Branch of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank as a perspective-site andrelease in the form of the questionnaire, and for customers generally reflected in TaishanBranch quality of service, proposed a series of improvements and enhance the way so asto enhance the Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Taishan, Shenyang Branch in thecompetitiveness of the peers in the industry.This article is divided into a total of six parts: The first part is an introduction,introduces the research background, significance and purpose, content and methods, theinnovation and insufficient; second section describes an overview of Taishan Branch,Shenyang, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, the mainincluding the introduction of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Shenyang Taishan branch of the natural situation,introduction of basic services business and Shanghai Pudong Development BankShenyang Taishan branch of the specialty service introduction, etc.; the third part is thecore part of this article, in this section mainly elaborated the service quality questionnaire,Taishan branch of Shenyang, Shanghai Pudong Development Bankcourse of theinvestigation, including questionnaire design and data selection, distribution andrecycling of the questionnaire, the collation and data analysis of the questionnaire; partIV according to the above survey part few of Taishan Branch, Shanghai PudongDevelopment Bank, Shenyang quality of servicequestion; part V for the previous sectionto analyze the Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Shenyang Taishan Branch service toenhance the quality strategy, the development of services for the Taishan Branch,Shenyang, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank provide a valid path.
