Chinese automobile industry has been in constant upraise in recent years. In the year2010, Chinese automobile market saw a great surge, with an annual sales amount of180million units which grew by32%year on year. China has taken the place of United States and Japan, and become the world largest automobile production and sales market. As the fastest growing market division, the growth rate of mini-capacity automobile is much higher than the overall growth rate. The market is open to vast rural areas, and the competition is becoming all the more fierce. C automobile, as a large automobile enterprise that first started producing mini-capacity automobile in China, has been leading the market trend for many years. It’s a challenging theme as to how C automobile leads its900distributors to continue strengthen and develop its market.The stable and sustainable development of the dealer is an important guarantee for C car to maintain industry-leading and operational capability evaluation system is an important tool for the manufacturers to monitor and assess the dealers. Using the operational capability evaluation system, the dealer’s operational capability is increasing gradually. Due to the relatively low level of the micro-car customer base and the relatively weak strength of the distributors, how to stimulate a more suitable evaluation system dealers operational potential is very urgent.As an estate car gathering market of the Hafei, Jiabao and other micro-car brands, the C Automotive foundation of the Liaoning market is not very strong, and the dealer operations is significantly lower than the national. In recent years, C car formulae and adjust the Dealer operational capability evaluation system for the brand influence relatively weak areas and produce a certain effect. In this paper, on the basis of the evolution of Liaoning dealer operational capacity assessment system of C car in recent years, the strategies and methods of the evaluation system are studied and analyzed, and the evaluation system combined with the dealer and the market competition is revised and improved.
