A Research Of The Relationship Between Financial Support And County Economic Development In Liaoning Province

As the fundamental unit of the national economy, county economy is in the junctionof urban and rural areas, it is also an important bridge between macroeconomic andmicroeconomic, in a word county economy play a significant role in the development ofthe national economy. At the same time, since the reform and opening, finance haschanged dramatically, it played an increasingly important role in supporting the economy,but due to the region, policy, system, etc, county finance has greatly restricted. Withouteffective financial support, county economy didn’t grow very well.For a long time, the county economy is the defect of Liaoning economic. In2006,with the reality of Liaoning, provincial government put forward making the countyeconomy to promote Liaoning new rural construction, and then in provincial partycongress it was dentified as one of the three major historical tasks in the new period ofLiaoning province. Later provincial government has raised "double three years" plan in2008. But with the development of county economic, many problems have come out. Soanalysis how to promote the improvement of the county financial system innovation inLiaoning has an important practical significance.This paper mainly using the theory of western economics and econometrics,analysis methods of qualitative and quantitative to discuss. The first part is the analysis ofrelated theory, this part through the summary of related research results determine thethis article theoretical basis; the second part mainly analyse the current situation ofLiaoning county economy and financial support, this paper firstly introduces the presentsituation of Liaoning county economy development, then respectively analyzed from theaspects of total amount and structure to discuss the financial supply condition ofLiaoning; the third part is the empirical analysis, analysing key financial factors,establishing corresponding relationship model and then make a conclusion. We can seethat in Liaoning province the county financial development affect the county economy,but the county economic growth has no effect on financial development. The last partfrom the aspects of county government, county finance and enterprise, we give someadvices to promote the development of county economic.
