The Empirical Research Between County Financial Development And Economic Growth

County economy is one of the most important components of the national economy,so It is of great significance to research the county economy for the regional economicdevelopment. While Jiangsu province is one of the strongest province in the nationaleconomy, but province regional uneven development, especially the gap between the northand south became more and more wider. Only through the overall regional commondevelopment, can promote the economic development of Jiangsu province and even thewhole country. And the county finance as an important part of the county economicdevelopment, the role is irreplaceable.Whether the county finance has vitality or not, it is the basis and key of boomingeconomy in Jiangsu province. It is of great significance how to promote regionalharmonious development and realize the county economy and county finance interactivewin-win. This paper set out from the comparison of present situation of economic growthand present situation of financial development between the north of Jiangsu province andthe south, such as Gross Domestic Product， the total amount of investment, financialexpenditure for economic indicators， while financial correlation ratio, financialintermediation efficiency, financial institutions savings structure for financial indicators，for the present situation analysis. And then describe county financial regional differencesand the reasons of it for further analysis in Jiangsu province. On the basis of the theoryanalysis and literature review, using the unit root test of panel data and cointegration test toresearch the interactions between the two regions. On the basis of all above, it is concludedfurther analysis and summarizing that county financial development experience andexisting problems among the regions. At the same time, make the comparison of the northpart and the south part through the empirical results, then puts forward the significantpolicy suggestions to promote the rapid financial development of the north county ofJiangsu province, give full play on the role of the financial system in Jiangsu province andcontinue to promote the coordinated economic development of the whole region.
