By analyzing the coal industry value chain, that logistics is the power enterprises to improve economic efficiency of enterprises and the key ability to resist risks.Then, the paper identifies the implications of supply chain logistics capability, and its meaning is described, In combination with the characteristics of coal supply chain, specifically the power coal supply chain logistics capability definition, gives the measure of its logistics capability and the meaning of each index and influencing factors.Subsequently, the article quantifies the power coal logistics supply chain ability model, draws the entire power coal supply chain logistics capability, and finds the constrained power coal supply chain bottlenecks.
