Research On The Quality Management Of S Company D Mobile Phone Camera Project

With the development of mobile social media,more and more people use cell phones to take pictures or videos to record their lives and communicate with each other.2017,dual camera which has optical zoom,dark enhancement effect appeared on the cell phone camera market.The camera module manufacturers begin to research and develop this skill.Due to quality problem,the technology progress slowly,the advanced dual camera isn't mass production.Company S is one of the biggest camera module manufacturers in the mainland of China.It should seize the opportunity in the field of camera module,win the battle of dual camera's design and production technology quickly,become the first supplier of dual camera in domestic.D cell phone camera project is established in this context,and project quality management is particular importance,which relates to the success of the project directly and the market competitiveness of the company in the future.Based on the theory of modern project management and quality management,the author investigated and researched the existing project quality management mode of company S on-site,participated in the quality management of D cell phone camera project,and then wrote this paper through this experience.This paper introduced D cell phone camera project overview,present situation and the quality objectives,main contents and the basic process of quality management,the common project quality management tools.Planning D cell phone camera project's quality at development & trial production stage,including the project quality objectives,quality planning for project development stage,planning for the process verification test's(PVT)quality,ensured the quality of the D project effectively;Moreover,Through the optimization of the project quality assurance system,the quality assurance of the project D cell phone camera project,and quality culture construction of enterprise,the quality of D mobile camera project is ensured to meet the customer's requirements.Finally,based on the quality control of material quality control,packaging and test process and changing management at PVT and MP(mass product)stages,daily quality control method,these controlled methods ensured the quality of the project,and were summarized as a set of method according to the actual project quality management process in S company,which makes the company's project quality management level to a new stage.The author hopes there are certain reference information for the quality management of R&D projects in other similar enterprises in the content of project quality control,process and method of this paper.
