Research On The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Informatization In Yingkou City

As the basic industry of our country,the advanced and perfect technology and method should be applied all the time to improve the productivity and give full play to the position of the agricultural industry in the development of agriculture.However,compared with industry and service industry,agricultural industry in China is lagging behind in the application of technology and information.Therefore,to realize the modernization of agriculture,improve the ratio of information utilization in agriculture,make full use of information technology and methods,and complete the transformation and upgrading of agriculture are the important ways to promote the transformation of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,and to improve the efficiency of agricultural production.It is also the fundamental method of building a new socialist countryside in our country.In order to study the development of agricultural informatization and the existing problems,this paper takes Yingkou as a case,adopts the methods of literature analysis and questionnaire investigation to study the present situation and countermeasures of the development of agricultural informatization in Yingkou.The main purpose of this paper is to find out the problems of the development of agricultural informatization in Yingkou City and to give some perfect countermeasures to study and improve the development degree of agricultural informatization in Yingkou City,and to show the value of the research in both theoretical and practical aspects.It is found that a series of achievements have been made in the development of agricultural informatization in Yingkou City,in which infrastructure construction,platform construction,organization construction and personnel management are the main contents.At the same time,through the questionnaire survey,it is found that there are some problems in the development of Yingkou agricultural informatization,such as the low degree of informatization,the inconsistency between the information supply and the farmers' demand,the insufficient participation of the farmers in the development and the unreasonable frame of the extension of the agricultural informatization.According to the above problems,combined with the theory of information supply and demand in the development of agricultural informatization,the theory of farmers' participation and the theory of agricultural extension framework,in the follow-up development of agricultural informatization in Yingkou,the development environment of agricultural informatization should be optimized.In order to improve the development efficiency of agricultural informatization in Yingkou area and to promote the realization of agricultural modernization,it is necessary to provide information based on farmers' needs,strengthen the interaction of farmers' participation in the construction of agricultural informatization,and perfect the extension framework of agricultural informatization.
