Sugarcane Mechanization Production Base Construction Assessment And Support Policy Research

With the rapid development of China’s agricultural mechanization of sugarcaneproduction has become the inevitable trend of development of the sugar cane industry.However, due to the limitations of our traditional modes of agricultural production,mechanization of sugar cane production bases still exist many problems. This articleis based on this background, the sugar cane the mechanized production baseconstruction in-depth research. And in-depth discussions on the mechanization ofsugar cane production base construction impact factor based on the buildmechanization of sugar cane production bases effect evaluation index system, and insome areas of Guangxi sugar cane mechanized production bases effects wereevaluated. Through research, policy support system, social service system and theeducation system is a key factor to affect the mechanization of sugar cane productionbases effect. Which government support and preferential policies effective inpromoting the mechanized production base construction and related machineryresearch and development, production and manufacturing, to promote thedevelopment of bases. However, due to the mechanization of publicity and educationpenetration, sugarcane farmers to the traditional mode of production concept has notbeen completely changed, sugarcane the mechanized production bases alsowidespread technicians, machine operators are relatively scarce, the training system isnot perfect. In response to these problems, this paper proposes measures to improvethe mechanization of sugar cane production bases effect, emphasis should be tostrengthen the government’s policy support system for mechanization of sugar caneproduction base, changing ideas, increase the efforts of the Government ofagricultural subsidies, for mechanized production capital investment problems shouldestablish a sound and diversified agricultural investment mechanism, improve themechanization of sugar cane production base construction system of social services,improve infrastructure, increase agricultural investment in scientific research, enhance the level of farm machinery and equipment, construction of agriculturalmechanization education system, strengthen international exchanges cooperation onagricultural personnel training, and effectively improve the level of mechanicaloperation. I hope through this study to clarify the main factors of the current sugarcane the mechanized production base construction, to provide reference andexperience for mechanization development decision-making and implementation.
