Developmental Study On Sugarcane Production Mechanization Of Yunnan Province

The sugarcane is an important agricultural industry in Yunnan province,the province planting area of about 310,000 hectares,distributed in Dehong,Lincang,Baoshan,Pu' er,Xishuangbanna,Yuxi,Honghe and so on.More than 6 million people engaged in sugarcane cultivation and more than 20,000 people engaged in the sugar industry in Yunnan province.For a long time restricted by natural environment,many sugarcane in Yunnan province are planted in the mountains and mid-levels,Sugar Cane Farmers still continue the traditional manual mode,resulting in low efficiency,labor-intensive,high input and low output,it is difficult to form industrialization and scale.With the development of urbanization,the rural population gradually outflow,the labor cost is increasing,and the cost of sugarcane further increase,so that the income of sugarcane continues to decrease,the enthusiasm of production is affected,and the planting area of sugarcane is declining.If we want to protect the healthy andsustainable development of sugar industry,we must go the way of production mechanization,and gradually realize mechanization of sugarcane production.Based on a lot of data,the paper penetrates into the agricultural machinery extension department and the field JIT in Red State,Mengzi city and Yuanjiang county,Yuxi city.Combined with the technical line of sugarcane production,in-depth analysis of the development of sugarcane production mechanization in Yunnan province.The paper expounds the main contents and equipment of sugarcane production mechanization,and analyzes the benefit analysis of sugarcane production mechanization in Yunnan province from three aspects of economy,society and ecology.The paper finds out the main problems and constraints of sugarcane production mechanization,and puts forward some countermeasures to speed up the development of sugarcane production mechanization in Yunnan province.The research shows that the development of sugarcane production mechanization is an important way to save cost and improve efficiency,and also an important support for the sustainable development of sugarcane industry in Yunnan province.However,the degree of mechanization of sugarcane production is low,which affects the enthusiasm of farmers in different degrees.The sustainable development of sugarcane industry in Yunnan province needs a breakthrough in the aspects of organizational management,policy support,technology development and agricultural integration of agricultural machinery.
