An Empirical Study On Sugarcane Mechanized Production In Zhanjiang Farmland

The sugar cane industry dominates the production of sugar in China and its development plays a key role in the supply of sugar in China.However,the domestic sugar cane sugar supply performed weakly for long-term in recent years due to high production costs,declining demand in the international market,sugar price fluctuations and other factors.With the rapid development of science and technology and the thriving emergence of the mobile Internet era,great changes have taken place in the industrial structure of society in China.The full mechanization of production has become an inevitable requirement for the better development of the industry.Zhanjiang City of Guangdong Province is an important sugarcane producing area in China and plays an important strategic role in the development of sugar cane industry.Among them,Zhanjiang Land Reclamation Group has achieved good results in the sugarcane full mechanization demonstration base under the guidance of the Agricultural Reclamation Company.Therefore,this study selected the whole mechanized production system of Suixi,Lianjiang,Xuwen and Leizhou in the main producing areas of sugarcane of Zhanjiang Land Reclamation as the research object,and analyzed the current status of mechanized production of local sugarcane,the mechanized production process and the use of mechanized equipment Situation analysis.On the basis of collecting the data of planting cost and income of sugar cane in the above areas,the multivariate regression analysis was used to predict the cost and benefit under mechanized production mode and the evaluation model of sugarcane mechanization production efficiency used DEA model,which was constructed to calculate the comprehensive technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency and other data.The results show that the cost-saving of mechanized production is about 11.14%,and the net yield of mechanized production is about 57% higher than that of traditional production.The technical efficiency of sugarcane synthesis decreased first and then rose,indicating that mechanized production played an active role in improving comprehensive productivity.The pure technical efficiency showed great fluctuation,indicating that there is a big problem in the use of new equipment and in the introduction of new technologies.Scale efficiency is generally low,indicating the need to improve the utilization of non-pure technical factors to promote sugar cane production efficiency.On the basis of empirical analysis,this study proposed that it is necessary to improve the mechanization efficiency of plantation of sugarcane from many aspects,such as the improvement of agricultural equipment technology,agronomy and farm machinery supporting,land planning of sugarcane planting,sugar production process of sugar factory,sugar factory income and the relationship between enterprises and sugarcane producers.
