Selection Of Transition Path Of Development Zone,Case In Qingpu Industrial Park

Development Zone is a strategic choice in the specific environment of China. After nearly30years of development, the development zone has made great economic achievements, but also associated with a series of problems. The development zone constantly adjusts the mode of development in order to maintain its competition under changing background.Based on summarizing the proposed development of a number of development zone, the process of development can be divided into three phases, corresponding to twice experience of transformation. The first transformation is the transformation of industrial areas to enhance their own, enhancing industry level oriented. The second transformation is the industrial area to the urban functional zones, integration of industry and urban oriented. Under the framework of the two transformation, the paper, combining the transformation zone practice, summarized the background and direction of development zone, and thus summarized the path of the transformation in development zone.The first transition paths of development zone include:aggregation of related industries, expansion of industrial land, building industrial neighborhood. The second transition paths of development zone include:adjustment of administrative divisions, industrial land to non-industrial land transformation, building an open space link, improving spatial quality.When the two transformations simultaneous, they promote each other. The time interval of twice transition is generally5-10years,but also influenced by macro background and urban development stage. This leads to the two transformations have shorter intervals or occur simultaneously.This paper,based on the empirical case Qingpu Industrial Park, analysed the course of development, the existing problems, the direction of transition and the path of transformation. So that the arguments put forward are supported solidly.
