| The development zone is an economic zone set up by local governments to promote better and faster development of the local regional economy.It mainly guides the important tasks of delineating economic construction in the region.Since 1984,the state has successively approved the development and construction of 14 economic and technological development zones such as Dalian and Qinhuangdao.And they has undergone three major stages of development,including period of preparatory preparation,rapid development,and regulatory adjustment.It has formed a development pattern with perfect economic functions and reasonable industrial structure.However,with the constant changes in the economic development model,the transformation and upgrading of leading industries in the development zone is quietly urgent.In practice,the development zone plays an important role in guiding the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.It plays a leading role in industrial transformation and upgrading.Jinchuan Industrial Park is an important part of the national development zone(Hohhot Economic and Technological Development Zone).After more than 20 years of development,it has made great achievements.It has made important contributions to promoting the social and economic development of the capital.At present,in the process of guiding the development of manufacturing industry in the park,it is affected by factors such as administrative management mechanism,industrial development foundation and economic investment environment.The park exposed problems such as unreasonable industrial structure,imperfect public infrastructure,destruction of ecological environment,inadequate management system,and backward development mode of manufacturing industry,and the transformation and upgrading is extremely urgent.This paper takes the industrial transformation and upgrading of Jinchuan Industrial Park in Hohhot Economic and Technological Development Zone as the research theme.Divided into five parts,a total of six chapters.A multi-angle analysis of the problems faced in the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry and the causes of problems.According to the actual situation,we propose countermeasures and suggestions with strong feasibility.Effectively promote the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry and help the park's social and economic development.The first part introduces the background and significance of this study.Through the domestic and international research review,based on relevant theories,this paper lays a preliminary theoretical foundation for this research.The second part introduces the status quo and goals of Jinchuan Industrial Park to guide the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing.Explain the development process of the park and the main measures taken by the park to guide the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.It reflects the role played by the park in the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry,and points out the requirements and objectives of the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.The third part is the problem faced by Jinchuan Industrial Park to guide the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry.For example,the industrial structure is unreasonable,the government functions are not supported,the industrial infrastructure is imperfect,and the public service functions are not perfect.Analysis of the park's economic development level is limited,lack of scientific and rational planning,lack of management and supervision mechanisms,prominent investment environment contradictions,and fragile ecological environment carrying capacity.The fourth part,through the analysis of domestic Suzhou Industrial Park,Xiamen Torch Center High-tech Zone and Germany,Singapore's advanced management experience and effective development countermeasures,explore the practical experience and enlightenment that can be learned from the process of industrial transformation and upgrading.The fifth part is the countermeasures and suggestions for the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry in Jinchuan Industrial Park.Analyze the cause of the problem.Point out the specific measures of the park in terms of policies and follow objective laws.Summarize and come up with solutions and development strategies.arrative measures and measures are carried out from four levels to solve the problem-solving research on the comprehensive transformation of the manufacturing industry in the park.Promote the development of the park manufacturing industry in a high-quality direction,and provide suggestions for promoting the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry in the park. |
