"Much starker choices-and graver consequences-in" period is to build a well-off society in an all-round strategic runoff,improve the quality and efficiency of development,promoting green low carbon development task even more urgent,in the face of resource,energy,environment and economic development of a series of contradictions,realize the cycle development in our country is the only way for China's economic and social development,the circulating fluidized transformation is green,the circulation,low carbon development of specific implementation measures,and construction of ecological civilization,the important way to promote the development of green.According to the production characteristics of chemical industry and the development status of enterprises in China,the recycling economy reconstruction of chemical industrial park is one of the important means to realize ecological civilization strategy and beautiful Chinese conception.However,in the face of the upsurge of domestic circular economy development,there are few theoretical studies and practical cases for the recycling transformation of chemical industrial parks at home and abroad.Therefore,how to promote the recycling of chemical industrial parks and how the recycling of industrial parks effect has become an important subject.On the basis of the above background and relevant theories,as well as relevant research and analysis at home and abroad,the general path of recycling economy reconstruction of chemical industrial parks is established firstly based on the successful experience of industrial park reconstruction at home and abroad.Then,from the perspective of industrial association degree and reconstruction effect,based on the method of simulating the correlation degree between biological communities,the model of industrial association calculation of chemical industrial park is established,and the effect of circular economy reconstruction of chemical industrial park is evaluated by using the method of extension dynamic evaluation model.The main research results are as follows:First,based on the analysis of relevant theories of circular economy and domestic research status,the successful experience of development of domestic and foreign industrial parks and the comparative analysis of typical pilot industrial parks in China are referred and summarized to establish a general path suitable for the recycling economy transformation of chemical industrial parks.Secondly,the method suitable for calculating the industrial association degree of chemical industrial park is determined through the relevant theoretical research on the correlation degree between biological communities.Taking lingang industrial park as an example,this paper calculated the industrial relational degree of the case by using the determined relational degree calculation method,and compared the results with the typical industrial parks in developed countries and China to find the problems and gaps in the industrial structure of the park,and pointed out the direction for the industrial chain optimization of the future industrial park transformation process.The third is to reform the circular economy industrial park effect evaluation theory and method are studied,and according to the requirements of national circulation reform from reference related policy and planning and combining with the characteristics of evaluation objects to determine the initial chemical industrial park transformation effect evaluation index system of circular economy,after the selection of evaluation indicators based on Delphi method,to determine the final evaluation index system.Based on the expansion dynamic model established,this paper takes lingang industrial park as an example to evaluate the effect of circular economy transformation,and provides a reference for other chemical industrial parks or other types of industrial parks in China.The fourth is to reform the circular economy industrial park effect evaluation theory and method are studied,and according to the requirements of national circulation reform from reference related policy and planning and combining with the characteristics of evaluation objects to determine the initial chemical industrial park transformation effect evaluation index system of circular economy,after the selection of evaluation indicators based on Delphi method,to determine the final evaluation index system.Basedon the extension dynamic model established,this paper takes lingang industrial park as an example to evaluate the effect of circular economy reconstruction,which expands the idea and provides reference for other chemical industrial parks or other industrial types of industrial parks in China.
