Throughout the project implementation process, it is necessary to attach importance to schedule management, be skilled at identifying, analyzing risk, and actively prevent risks.Schedule management is the important content of project management, for infrastructure department of Henan electric power company, whether it can effectively grasp the situation of annual total schedule plan and single project schedule plan, will have a significant impact on the economic and social benefits of the entire power grid projects in Henan Province.This article will focus on grid projects features, based on the power grid construction projects situation in Henan Province, conduct annual schedule planning optimization, grid project critical work identification, risk identification, risk evaluation and pre-control and project schedule real-time control. Thus, innovating the schedule management mode, to realize the effective control of the schedule of grid projects in Henan Province. Finally, the paper will use a power transmission project in Henan Province as empirical research to verify the validity of the theoretical approach. |
