TC Power Generation Co.,Ltd.Unit 8 has been carried out several maintenance since it was put into operation,including a A-level maintenance,a B-level maintenance,3 C-level maintenance,and the 2nd A-level maintenance is plan for Unit 8.A-level maintenance means that the unit to stop running and conduct a comprehensive disintegration of the inspection and repair,and take a long time.The unit outage will not only affect the power plant itself,but also affect the power system,and even social life.Therefore,in the shortest time to complete high-quality maintenance work is particularly important.A-level overhaul of thermal power plant is an important link in the production and operation of thermal power generating units.It has the characteristics of tight maintenance time,many reconstruction projects,heavy workload,high safety requirements,strict quality acceptance,complex information and input resources.Power plant attaches great importance.However,the situation of current A-level power plant maintenance exist project delay,resource competition,unexpected risks and other issues,not only seriously affect the operation of the po wer system,but also social life has varying degrees of impact.In order to avoid these problems and ensure the smooth operation of the maintenance project,this paper introduces the critical chain theory into the power plant maintenance.The Critical Chain Method is based on the Critical Path Method of the introduction of Theory of Constraint,by shortening the activity time and increasing the buffer,to shorten the overall project time and affect the project quality and ability to cope with risk hardly.This paper solves some problems existing in the application of the Critical Chain Method from theoretical research to practical process.In the planning stage,this paper proposes a different time estimation method for Powe r Plant with A-level maintenance experience,and combines the schedule planning and schedule control through the buffer.In the progress control stage,the dynamic monitoring method is adopted to improve the accuracy of the warning information.And on the basis of the method,while according to different levels of risk level monitoring buffer to ensure the completion of the project on time.Based on the Critical Chain Theory and the knowledge of project management,this paper obtains the schedule and control plan of the maintenance schedule according to the schedule and control model based on the Critical Chain Method.This study not only applies to the maintenance of TC Power Plant,the other power plant maintenance work but also has an important reference in the future.
