With the continuous development of social economy enterprises in the marketeconomy under the conditions of competition more intense. In business management,human resources management occupies a very important position, related to the healthyfunctioning of the human resources of the entire enterprise. Modern enterprisesincreasingly tend to be flattened, flexible, employees increasingly broad responsibilities,organizational citizenship behavior can act as a "lubricant" in the organization betweenemployees, reducing the work of friction, also can make the transition to anorganization responsibilities vacuum, its employees individual performance andorganizational performance are also more and more attention. How to scientifically andeffectively inspire and guide organizational citizenship behavior has become the focusof attention of the modern enterprise. Short time of introduction of our research onorganizational citizenship behavior, performance management is still far from the reachscientifically sound, how scientific system, objective assessment of organizationalcitizenship behavior has been all kinds of organizational performance manager researchand explore.High-performance work systems (High-performance work system) proposed forthe optimization of corporate human resources management system, to maximize therole of human resources, to occupy a dominant position in the competition, has a veryimportant significance. This study is based on the HPWS system, put forward thefollowing hypothesis: Positive Effect HPWS system employee perception oforganizational citizenship behavior of employees; dominant positive correlationbetween organizational citizenship behavior and organizational performance; HPWSsystem for the organization the performance impact can be achieved throughorganizational citizenship behavior intermediate variables.In this study, for example, thedomestic representative of large-scale private enterprises M Bank by the form of thequestionnaire data collection, and analysis of data results, further argues that theresearch hypotheses.Finally, I hope that the research on this issue, it is possible to play acertain reference other enterprise performance management.
