In the production of silica sand, glass raw materials, production management andcontrol status of excellent or not related to the safety, quality and efficiency of the silicasand production. Silica sand production enterprise in our country should actively rely ontechnological progress, and application of state-of-the-art means and equipment andproduction control system, to carry on the scientific and technological innovation,technical transformation, saving energy and reducing consumption, to develop thesafety quality and efficient low consumption of high quality silica sand, and enhancesthe enterprise the competitive ability. XX Sino-foreign joint venture enterprise based onforeign-based enterprises are mainly the production of float glass, glass deep-processingproducts and silica sand products, the level of profitability living in the forefront of theindustry in recent years. This paper analyzes the status quo of XX enterprises silica sandproduction, management issues faced by the silica sand production control system,development of production technology of silica sand and the current mainstreamproduction management system are discussed and compared. This paper aims tocombine glass factory off-site expansion, the existing problems in the old plant silicasand production, the use of relevant management theory and methods to analyze theseproblems, combined with the actual situation, targeted to put forward practical internaltapping the potential expansion and reconstruction of the design and optimization of theidea and implementation of programs. XX enterprises through the design andoptimization, improved management mode, increase production, reduce productioncosts, improve management efficiency and enhance their market competitiveness.At the macro level, based on supply chain management environment, optimizationof business processes between enterprises of great significance to improve thecompetitiveness of enterprises and the overall process efficiency.
