In this research, we focused on life insurance salesmen from three kinds of life insurance companies:state-owned enterprise, chinese-foreign joint venture, foreign company.Based on data analyses, to reveal the relationships and differences among subjective well-being, social support and interpersonal trust, to explore whether interpersonal trust played an intermediary role between social support and subjective well-being, how did the interpersonal trust work. According to the above, the research tried to provide recommendations for the orientation, training and motivation of life insurance salesmen. In this research, we tested464life insurance salesmen. After analyzing the data from the effective sample of365, conclusions were as follows:1. The social support, interpersonal trust and subjective well-being of life insurance salesmen belonged to middle level.2. Comparison of population variables of life insurance salesmen:(1)Social support of life insurance salesmen changed significantly during24to25years old.(2)Subjective well-being of life insurance salesmen changed with age in the trend of U-shape.(3)The social support of life insurance salesmen was significantly different because of the difference of the gender.(4)The interpersonal trust of life insurance salesmen was significantly different because of the difference of the rank.(5)The life insurance salesmen of foreign insurance company experienced the highest social support.(6)The life insurance salesmen from the Chinese-foreign joint venture experienced the highest interpersonal trust and subjective well-being.3. The social support and interpersonal trust could predict subjective well-being significantly.4. Objective support impacted on subjective well-being via interpersonal trust was a concrete expression of interpersonal trust had a mediating role between social support and subjective well-being.
