With the recombination of telecoms in China and the integration of three networks, the information technology makes influences in every aspect of the society. As an important part of the information technology, the informationization of family also make a good progress. This paper studies on the development strategy of the informationization of family of Zhejiang Telecom in order to fulfill the needs of people and to enhance the full business competition ability of Zhejiang Telecom.This paper introduces the theories of Strategic Management and Strategic Analysis, illustrates the external environment for the informationization of family of Zhejiang Telecom by means of PEST analysis and Five Forces Model. Meanwhile,the internal environment of the informationization of family of Zhejiang Telecom is analyzed from the following aspects:,organization structure, operation ability, product, price and marketing channel. At last, with the method of SWOT Analysis, a conclusion is drawn from four sides:strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats. Then strategy-matching for the informationization of family of Zhejiang Telecom is illustrated.Based on all the above-mentioned analysis, this paper points out a strategic objective:"Fulfil the rational distribution of Informationization of family; Reinforce the upmarket of family user; Promote the marketing roomage; Optimize the allocation of resources of Zhejiang Telecom; Faster the process of strategic transformation; Enhance the leading position of the family informationization market of Zhejiang".Besides, according to the principle of differentiation, this paper draws up a strategic implementation from5aspects:organization, operation, products, service and channel, so as to provide a strategic guidance for the development of informationization of family of Zhejiang Telecom.
