Sexual, thenumber of family and peer, the number of friends, the fee of telephone each month, arehave effect on it.Combination the intergenerational differences, in order to ensuring the employment ofmigrant workers, considering the differences among characteristics, job-seeking behaviorand the factors effect on it, this paper put forward three countermeasures.First and foremost, migrant workers should reconstruct and expand the social capital, increase the investment of human capital, delevop the social network base on three supportpoints: consanguinity, geopolitical relationship and occupational relations. What’s more, government and enterprise should take effective measures to keep the approach of job-seeking smoothly, take advantage of efficient approach. Besides, widen the field ofjob-seeking, accelerate the adjustment of industrial structure, develop the pulling functionof the service industry for the employment among migrant workers.
