With the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure,the rural labor force has gradually shifted.The appearance of migrant workers has contributed its own power to the development of the city,and of course it has also brought some problems.With the serious problem of population aging,the problem of old-age insurance for migrant workers has become the focus of scholars,and the research shows that the participation rate of the endowment insurance of migrant workers is low.In addition,the main body of migrant workers is transferring from generation to generation.Due to the differences in the growth environment,there are obvious inter-generational differences between the two generations of migrant workers.In order to study the different generations of migrant workers from two aspects of social endowment insurance and commercial endowment insurance research workers join the intergenerational difference,In this paper,from two aspects of social endowment insurance and commercial endowment insurance research workers join the intergenerational difference,to perfect the old-age security system for migrant workers to provide certain theoretical basis.To this end,the paper selects migrant workers in Anhui province as the respondents,and studies the generational differences between rural residents'endowment insurance and commercial endowment insurance through questionnaire survey and binary probit model.First,a statistical description of the data.Secondly,it analyzes the influence of intergenerational differences on the purchase of urban and rural residents' old-age insurance and business endowment insurance.The results show that the migrant workers in urban and rural residents endowment insurance and commercial endowment insurance intention are significant generational differences,in general,more willing to buy endowment insurance of urban and rural residents,migrant workers for commercial endowment insurance,purchase intention of new generation migrant workers gradually increased.Then,from the personal characteristics,family factors,political participation and social,network four aspects to consider the different generations of migrant workers of urban and rural residents endowment insurance and the influence factors of commercial endowment insurance.The results show that the willingness of the first generation of migrant workers to buy urban residents is mainly influenced by the identity cognition,the desired pension mode,the family income status and the policy participation.Willingness to buy commercial endowment insurance mainly by gender,type of work,identity cognition,hope way of pension,number of family members,whether to focus on the eighteenth big,are you willing to work to participate in the election of village committee and the influence of channel;The willingness of the new generation of migrant workers to buy urban living protection is mainly influenced by the degree of culture,type of work,the way of retirement and the family income.The willingness to purchase commercial endowment insurance is mainly influenced by the degree of culture,the type of work,and the expectation of saving for retirement and business insurance and family income.Finally,the mechanism of intergenerational differences is analyzed,and the intergenerational differences have an indirect effect on migrant workers' participation in old-age insurance for urban and rural residents.Intergenerational differences have direct influence and indirect influence on the participation of migrant workers in commercial endowment insurance.In order to further improve the participation rate of rural migrant workers'endowment insurance,the following suggestions are put forward in combination with the above research results.First,improve the old-age insurance system;Second,improve skills training to increase the income of new generation of migrant workers;Third,optimize the design of insurance products to meet the needs of different groups.
