Research On Inlfuence Factors Of The Agricultural Leading Enterprise R&D Mode Selection

In our country, resources and markets are two of the important factors restrictingagricultural development, Central no.1document issued in2012by goverment focus onagriculture once again, the file points out that it is necessary to continue to increaseinvestment in science and technology for agriculture, to promote agricultural science andtechnology innovation. In2013, the central file no.1also focused on the agriculture, itpoints out that we need to strengthen the construction of agricultural science andtechnology innovation ability conditions, protect the intellectual property rights, createagricultural industrialization demonstration base, and promote the development ofagricultural leading enterprises clustering.This paper analyzed the influence factors of agricultural leading enterprises R&D modechoices from four perspectives that were the enterprise, industry, policy, regionalresources. Applicated related research theories to classify all the influence factors, thebehavior of agriculture leading enterprise’s R&D mode choice can be divided into threeaspects: agriculture leading enterprise R&D content selection, the agricultural leadingenterprises R&D cooperation object choice and agriculture leading enterprise R&Dcooperation mode choice,they were uesd as dependent variables in this paper. Fiscalsubsidy policy can be divided into the amount of subsidies obtained by enterprise,enterprise’s understanding of finance subsidy policy, fiscal subsidy policy satisfactiondegree of the enterprise, they were used as the independent variable and the enterprisecharacteristics, industry characteristics as control variables, so the theory model of thispaper was established, a series of research hypothesis can be put forward just through aseries of analyses. Through the questionnaire survey design and data collection, obtainedthe first-hand data of this paper. Used the SPSS statistical analysis software to establishbivariate and multivariate logistic regression model to analyze this article’s studyhypothesis, obtained the following research conclusions by collating and summarizing.1. The effect on agricultural leading enterprise R&D mode selection are limitedwhich caused by the amount of subsidies obtained by enterprises and the degree of fiscalsubsidies known by enterprises. On the one hand, it may be due to that the questionnaire ofthe amount of subsidies obtained by enterprises and the degree of fiscal subsidies knownby enterprises adopt the form of classification inventory, and the number of measuringsubjects on behalf of them is limited, the measuring subjects of the financial subsidiessatisfaction of enterprise adopt the form of likert scale, the number of measuring subjectson behalf of it is comparably more, and the measuring content is more comprehensive, so itis always statistically significant in the regression equation. On the other hand, thefinancial subsidies satisfaction of enterprise reflects the amount of subsidies obtained by enterprises and the degree of fiscal subsidies known by enterprises to some extent. Fiscalsubsidy policy’s influence on the enterprise R&D mode choice is mainly through theinfluence on the enterprise R&D mode choice caused by the degree of fiscal subsidiesknown by enterprises.2. Enterprise technical ability of agricultural leading enterprise has a positive effect onthe choice of R&D mode, in a low level of competition in the industry and high industrymarket conditions change, enterprise product innovation strategy has a negative effect onthe choice of R&D modeEnterprise’s risk appetite has a negative effect on the behavior for enterprise to choosecooperation R&D activity form; enterprise’s operating conditions has a positive effect onits R&D cooperation object choice under the condition of low industry product maintechnical characteristics under a high level of industry change. Enterprise innovationculture has positive influence on R&D content choice under the condition of low industrytechnology level, has a negative influence on R&D content selection under a hightechnology product features.3. In the regressive equations of R&D activity content and way of R&D activities,industry characteristic variables impacts the enterprise’s R&D mode choice as adjustablevariables, just through enterprise characteristic variables and the financial subsidiessatisfaction of enterprise, In regressive model of R&D activities way choice, industrycharacteristic variables impacts the enterprise’s R&D mode choice as independentvariables, has a negative influence on the enterprise’s selection to cooperate with other inR&D activities on condition that enterprise industry market changes has statisticalsignificance.
