China is a traditional agricultural country, in which the agricultural populationaccounts for the majority in total social population. The “Issues of agriculture, farmers, andrural area” have been the work focus of the Party and state, and have been the problem andchallenge to be solved by our nation at present and in a future long term. National foodsecurity and increase of farmers’ income is the core of the “Three dimensional rural issues”.If the issues cannot be solved perfectly, the quality of Chinese economic growth cannot beincreased really, and Chinese modernization construction can hardly be realized.Agriculture subsidy is a distribution relationship, and finance is the main body of therelationship, financial resources must be allocated efficient and equitable. So, to solve the“Three dimensional rural issues” in the national financial system is a complex project. It isnecessary to constantly explore and summarize.Through the systematic processing of Chinese agricultural subsidy policy, bycombing the experience of countries and regions with developed agriculture in the world,the problems in China’s current subsidy policy are analyzed. Besides, the suggestions forthe completion and adjustment of Chinese agricultural subsidy policy are proposed.Firstly, the studies on the agricultural subsidy policy are summarized andprocessed.Secondly, the specific regulations and documents about Chinese agriculturalsubsidy policy are summarized to make clear the vein of Chinese agricultural subsidypolicy and point out current problem. Thirdly, the subsidy policy of developed countries inthe world are analyzed and summarized to give policy inspiration to China. In the end,based on the above analysis, the suggestions for the direction of Chinese agriculturalsubsidy policy are proposed.
