With the arrival of the era of digital printing, digital transformation of traditional printing has become an important work of each printing company for accessing to high-quality products and improve production efficiency. As an area of printing industry which is underdeveloped, the paces of moving toward digital process of Jiangxi printing enterprises are much slower than the developed coastal areas. In recent years, with the development and introduction of CTP, color management and digital proofing technology, the digitization of Jiangxi printing industry is unavoidable.X printing company plays a decisive role in the printing industry of Jiangxi, the leadership of the company are acutely aware that digital workflow can bring greater development for the enterprise. However, to stop producing and get one-off or to improve gradually is what must be considered in advance for X printing company in carrying on the projects of digital transformation. As the project involves a large amount of money, and the existing producing tasks can not be affected, the company can only implement projects of transformation respectively and realize the organic unification of enterprise production and rebuilding project.This paper analyzes digital transformation projects of X company with the methods of project management, and with the combination of the actual situation of the company,the paper tries to do some exploratory research from the aspects of the scope of implementation, implementary process, cost budget of the project and evaluation to the effect after implementation.
