With the continuous development of enterprises, enterprises are facing fierce competition in the market to gain advantage in the modern economic and social competition. The focus of attention of the company by the physical capital in the past competition, technological competition is into the talent competition. Human capital is the core competitiveness which may not be copied. Talent evaluation and selection plays an important role in the development of enterprises. Talent assessment in the human resources management process has become the important means of selection, appointment, training and developing. Talent evaluation has widely applied to human resources management, and help achieved significant results.The important role of middle management in the enterprise is a bridge and link between senior managers and lower-level managers. Middle managers become an important resource for social and economic development, and play an irreplaceable role. Therefore, the management of middle management is increasingly important in a way that affects the long-term development of an enterprise. The company’s middle management staff selection, appointment, training and development became important tasks. Staff evaluation technology has played a pivotal role in the development and management of middle managers.This paper focuses on the evaluation of the BG middle managers. Firstly, it expounds the theory of middle management and staff evaluation and research status overview; Secondly, analyzes the needs of their own development and human resource management, and points out that the problems of BG in the actual operation of the mid-level management personnel evaluation, and finds out the reasons for these problems; thirdly, clears BG company middle managers evaluation index selection objectives, principles and methods of evaluation index, designs middle-level management personnel evaluation index system, uses AHP method to configure the weight of the index system; Finally, puts forward the measures of protection evaluation system implementation, which establishment of the BG company for the middle management personnel evaluation system. The tailored middle management evaluation system for BG in the management of middle managers provides a scientific basis to the accurate and scientific implementation of BG Companies middle management personnel evaluation system.Middle management personnel evaluation system of BG give an effective solution to the BG middle managers in the selection, training, trial, appointment and other aspects of the series, which provides strategic lessons for BG to achieve a high level of middle management human resources objectives, enhances human resources to support the development of BG’s, ultimately improves the BG’s core competitiveness. This study has a far-reaching significance for BG’s long-term developments, also provides a valuable reference for the management of middle managers in domestic high-tech industries and software companies.
