IBM combines a number of the same industry practices, according to their own factors of the environment and the effects of variety, rearrange and design a new management process, the use of these process not only effectively shorten product development cycle, improve product margins, while also providing greater value service for the customers and shareholders. Therefore used in optical communication device industry IPD management model will be an inevitable, this dissertation would use the IPD model of market management, support the IPD human resources management, asynchronous development and public construction module, cross-functional team management, structured development process, project management and pipeline management aspects of the HOO on the company’s product development management optimization design.
