Construction Materials Base Tobacco Manor Economic Theory

In recent years, we could see problems with style homogeneity and single tobacco variety in both Yunnan cigarette brands and outside-province cigarette brands. The market competitiveness of Yunnan cigarettes are facing unprecedented challenges which has put Yunnan cigarette brands in a vulnerable position. As one of the tobacco industry leaders, Hongyunhonghe Tobacco Group Company excels in the fields of scale, funds and talents. However, there are still following problems in front of this group. How to solve the prominent problems lying in its development fundamentally? How to make Hongyunhonghe brands bigger and stronger? How to enhance the core competitiveness? How to obtain an innovative development in manufacturing model, maximize resource integration and occupy the highlight of market? All of these problems for Hongyunhonghe Tobacco Group Company are the burning issues required to be handled and to be well handled. To that end, this paper puts forward the Tobacco Manor strategic concept by analyzing the characteristics and the practical situation of the company on the existing issues of raw material production mode through the Manor Economy Theory and Methodology.By collecting analysis data for existing mode, this paper tries to present the dilemma that the quality and quantity of tobacco production fails to support our tobacco development strategy, and announces the embedded analysis of the necessity and feasibility of tobacco manor by using the theory of manorial economy. The essential respect of the establishment of our special tobacco source of raw materials is Land Use Right:to carry out the work of land expropriation and leasehold basing on relevant laws and regulation; to adjust our business practices by commission operation; to sign the standardized contracts; to strengthen scientific management and large-scale production of tobacco manor without harming the benefit of household. Secondly, with the purpose of improving agricultural production efficiency and promoting the growth of agricultural economics, it focuses on how to attract more and more capital and technology during the building process of the industrialization of agriculture. Thirdly, the project of building tobacco manor can reinforce the intervention of enterprise which has exerted main guide effect during raw material production. It is the just opportunity of laying the foundation for our future prosperity, meanwhile, it provides unique quality raw materials for high-end brands as an effective platform. As a result, the enforcement of tobacco manor makes determinative effects to our development, and has initiated a new phase for the approaches of cooperation of which contains tobacco enterprise, local government, peasant household, and consumer.Anyway, this paper preliminary discusses the construction in raw material base of the tobacco manor----Qujing Garden. As for other aspects such as industrial and commercial cooperation, peasant household identity transformation, ecological tourism, tobacco green transformation, and so on, they’11be put into practice and proved further in the future and become the main research directions of the study subject.
