An Empirical Study On The Construction Of Jiangsu Tobacco ShiZong Base Unit

Tobacco leaf raw material safeguard level is the basis of the "cigarette on level". Raw material supply base initiatives will deepen reform of the resource allocation way of tobacco leaves were built with, raise the level of the raw material guarantee. Base unit is the basic operating unit of modern tobacco agriculture construction and is the carrier of deepening the cooperation of industry and commerce andimproving the level of quality characteristics, the base unit is also the carrier of modernization of production mode. In this article,we start a comprehensive studying of the construction processing though the Jiangsu tobacco’s tobacco leaf base unit, we studied the basic conditions of Yunnan province ShiZong county and analyzed the style characteristic and quality evaluation of ShiZong tobacco leaf, contact at the same time, we also consider the demand characteristics of Jiangsu tobacco brand material, by setting standards, our full implementation of the requirements, formed the quality evaluation mechanism, find out new mode of Jiangsu tobacco’s base construction. For the raising of the level of base construction and providiong the reference for the future. The main research results are as follows:(1) The aroma type of Shizong tobacco belongs to the qing scent, aroma temperament is good, aroma temperament is in a level of medium to high; aroma moderately to it; concentration in moderation, flue gas is exquisite, long, sending and lively, high concentration and strong sense of satisfaction and overall sensory quality in medium to high level; in the "nanjing" formula in equilibrium incense smoke, rich incense smoke, exquisite and flue gas.(2) Nanjing brand cigarette demand for shizong tobacco leaf is that the tobacco leaf quality is good, the aroma quantity is sufficient, moderate concentration, better taste, in Jiangsu tobacco’s high-grade cigarettes play an important role.(3) ShiZong "nanjing" brand development of the construction of the base unit take"brand, area, varieties, technology" as a baseline,take"agronomists to farm, quality inspector to procure station, the formulaer to the leaf processing place" as the working principle, with "raw materials supply base, tobacco leaf quality characteristic, mode of production modernization" as the basic requirements, actively participate in tobacco production, acquisition, comprehensively improve the level of base construction.(4) The base construction of jiangsu tobacco adopt "evaluation-guide-again-to guide mechanism" of the tobacco leaf quality evaluation system on the base of tobacco leaf quality form a closed loop control, give full play to the region ecological advantages, further reveal tobacco ecology characteristic, the development of nanjing cigarette brand is stable, high quality raw materials.(5) We take the vega is the concept of "the first workshop", including the agronomist, quality inspector, formulaor and the salesman--four posts of personnel of the project team operation mechanism, as raw materials for the enterprise supply chain on the basis of the unit.(6)We according to the construction of industrial enterprises dominate the base unit as the breakthrough point and platform, set up a business research cooperation pattern base work mechanism, constantly enrich the connotation of the base construction, make the base construction achieve the change from loose to close.
