Study On The Model Of Forestry-Paper Integration Material Forest Base Construction In Hunan Province

The integration of forest-paper in China has been studied and carried out for about more than 20 years,which is also approved by the government, forestry department and the enterprises.The construction of material forest is essential to Forestry-Paper.Dev-elopment of material forest has become an important pathway for protecting forest resource and solving wood supply-demand contradiction.Nowadays,many experts,Scholars and enterprise have also done much practical research on the integration of forest-paper,but there is little study on the construction of material forest.In this paper,by regarding Hunan Province as an example,on the basic of the analysis on the development and situation of the construction of material forest at home and abroad,by combined the qualitative and quantitative methods,the patten of material forest base building present was analysed and systematically summarized.After the actual analysing of the four models of forest-paper material forest base in Hunan Province,the thesis establishes an evaluation system on alliance model,and then makes use of analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and synthesis quotients method to solve the weighed index. Through calculating the general numerical value,this paper selects and evaluates the four models of TAIGE Enterprise,on behalf of big enterprises in Hunan Province,and then points out the most competitive models. In the end,this paper takes the proper suggestions to promoting the development of forestry-industry combination and industrial forest by the side of enterprise and government.This dissertation includes 6 chapters.The chapter one firstly discussed the study background,the study purpose and significance,the methods and the course of the the study, and the content of the study. And then it introduced the present study on the base building of forestry-paper material forest,pointed out the different models between home and abroad.The chapter two combined the fundamental theory such as the market cost theory, the industry compete theory together, then discussed the signification,the species and the value of forestry-paper,thoroughly analysed the system of the whole industry, referred to the environment system,the social economy system,forestry system and the paper-making system,which were connected with each other.The chapter three thoroughly points out the practical significance to both the forest industry and the paper industry,according to the analysis of the importance of raw material construction.The chapter four summarizes and classifies the models of the forestry-paper raw material base construction home and abroad,with simple evaluate to each model.The chapter five combines the qualitative and quantitative methods,based on analytic hierarchy process, on the basis of the theory and practice,taken TAIGE enterprise as an example to analysis of the actual situation in Hunan Province,deeply evaluated the models in TAIGE,at last decided the most excellent model,which also could show an typical for others.At last,the dissertation proposed the essential policies and suggestions,divided two parts to improve,which are enterprise and the government,that would supply practical significance.
