The Chinese new health care reform bring the tremendous business opportunities to themedical device industry. But those medical device company will be faced more complicatedand competitive situation due to product homogeneity, similar sales channel model etc. Themain purpose of my thesis is to evaluate the Healthcare environment in China and to identifya differentiation marketing strategy that how this strategy utilize in the real situation to helpcompany improve the competition. How to develop and implement competitive strategy inChina to promote GE Healthcare China can quickly adapt to changes in the competitiveenvironment in China and deal with the new competitive situation, so that enterprises canreally rapid develop and complete China’s strategic goal for the global headquarters of GEHealthcare China. It become key issues for GE Healthcare China. My thesis is IntegratedMBA knowledge, which is a case study and analysis is made by using PEST and Porter FiveForces model. based on the my thesis, internal and external environment in the fullinvestigation and information collection, The advantages, disadvantages, opportunities andthreats of GE HEALTHCARE is analyzed by SWOT analysis. a case study of GE HealthcareChina will be conducted in order to present a good example of how to develop differentiationmarketing strategy Under the stimulate demand in the market and the sustained and stabledevelopment of China’s economic background, the rapid development of China’s medicalequipment.
