An excess of exchanges of agricultural products is an important reason for the high price.Consumption is linked to production by circulation, which concerns the incomes of farmersand the pockets of consumers. It is certainly important to agricultural development, eveneconomic growth. Over the years, the system of agricultural circulation is basically come intobeing because of the attention of the government. But it is not perfect compared with foreigncountries. The role of market is not rationally played in guiding the price. In this paper, we take vegetables for example which has many circulation pattern mainand closely connected with consumers. In the grasp of domestic and international study trendsand the basis of the existing research literature, by collecting a large number of statistical dataand related field investigations, this paper analyses the composing of prices on each logisticslink and compares the profits for each main body within the logistics system based on thesurvey of vegetable logistics system in Jingyang country, Shaanxi province. Conclusions arethat the main reasons of price rising of each logistics link are the different, and the high costof circulation leads to price rising in wholesale link; meanwhile, making profit causes pricerising in retail link. Besides, there is a big difference on the distribution of profit between eachmain body within the logistics system, and the retailer makes the most profit.Based on the analysis of limitations of the existing vegetables logistic system inJingyang County, Shaanxi Province, the paper applied flow theory, transaction cost theory andthe theory of market structure to make improvements via regulating market structure reducingcirculation links and transaction costs. Eventually the paper proposed optimized vegetableslogistic system, so as to adapt to the current needs and solve the current problems in the flowof vegetables. Consequently, the conclusion is, with the help of the government, we shoulddiversity our consumptive terminal. Additionally, we should develop cooperation of vegetablecooperatives and middle strong enterprises and retail enterprises, making them tradingvegetables not only in products, but also on the Internet. Then, we explain the feasibility ofthis new mode. Eventually, several suggestions are put forward to solve the problems of vegetable circulation.
