The E-commerce (E-business) is one of the most vigorous directions in the economy world. The nature of the tourism industry has determined its superior towards E-commerce path. Though at China network station of tourism developed a little bit late, thus in high speed in the recent era. This thesis studies the profitable network station of tourism, from aspects of content, business flow, mode, chain and etc. analysis the elements of influence, gather the tourism network station analysis index system, based on which, to build a model of the system. While analysis the model, do researches to weigh every element, and confirm it with survey.By means of defining the interrelated concept of tourism E-commerce, and study on the past research on the assessment index system and model, study on the elements of assessing, from two aspects, composition and evaluation, analyses and conclude an evaluation index system of tourism E-commerce network stations, references different directions mainly as network assessment, E-commerce assessment, E-commerce network stations and so on, suggest an assessment index system of this paper,Based on the data of questionnaire surveys of professors, use analytic hierarchy process, calculate and obtain the weights of every index item, complete the evaluation index system. By analyzing tourism E-commerce network station, and the posted index system above, built a evaluation&analysis model of tourism E-commerce network station, in order to analyze and compare factors of the network stations inner side or with others, as a result, to provide some constructive recommendations.On the basis of the evaluation index system, make questionnaire surveys, with two steps, first time score every index item of two network stations, www.ctrip.com and www.qunar.com. Second time give a total score of the two. Then multiply the weight of each index, sum the final data, and compare it with the total score, in order to see if the weight and the model is acceptable, so as to verify the model and the evaluation index system.
