Modern human resources must be "people" as the core, the real person as a "resource" instead of"tools", as a "social" rather than "economic" investment in human resources as a kinds of "investments"rather than "cost" truly protect and guide the development of good human resources. The fundamentalstarting point of human resources management must "focus on the people" must be "people-oriented" toimprove the management of the foundation work, so as to realize the modernization of human resourcesmanagement, and enable enterprises to achieve the best economic and social benefits.Establishment of modern human resource management system based on position managementplatform, as the center and the center of gravity to the staff to carry out the design of employee career,deepen employee relationship management, care and focus on employee growth, a human resourcesmanagement a top priority. Qualification management is an important human resource management module,internal personnel training as well as promote staff professional.This study is based on the qualifications of XuJi Group Company Limited (referred to as "XuJiCompany") management as a case study to explore. Qualifications management system in order to improvelevel of XuJi Company Human Resources Management,2009. This paper first describes the reason of thetopics, stressed the necessity and urgency of the qualifications of management. Then describes thetheoretical basis of the qualification management, defines the management concept of qualifications andqualifications management system; then illustrates the limitations of existing research and the purpose ofthis study, theoretical significance and practical significance; Later, the construction of the XuJi Companyqualification management system on a hierarchical classification, assessment process, accreditationstandards. Select XuJi Company employees as subjects, the company qualification management problemsthrough questionnaire surveys, depth interviews, and other forms of investigation, analysis using SPSSsoftware for data recovery, according to the results of the currently XuJi Company qualificationsmanagement the problems and put forward feasible suggestions: Improve the qualification standardevaluation; effective combination of diagnostic work and qualifications of management in human resources;combination of effective performance management system and the qualification management; effectivecombination to improve staff training and examination mechanism and qualifications; strict strengthen theeffective combination of the income distribution management and qualification management; soundeffective combination of effective incentive mechanism and management of qualifications. Finallysummarizes the conclusions and the study of innovation management qualifications XuJi Companyanalysis inadequacies.In this paper, some practical significance XuJi Company improve its own human resourcesframework to strengthen the foundation of human resource management, and also allows large-scale, rapidgrowth of the company is still in reference to design their own human resource management system.
