Research On Construction Of The High Performance Team In Enterprises

Since1980s, organizational culture has been the popular term of enterprises operation andmanagement. Teamwork has not only become the good idea in management, but also has beenapplied in team construction and high performance team. The common sense is that team successis permanent rather than personal success is temporal and team success is based on the cooperationof each team member. Therefore, some suggestion are that reconstructing enterprise organizationfor good teamwork and the importance and advantage should be stressed by the leader.
