Feasibility Analysis Of The Construction Of Central Plains Economic Zonethrough Trust Financing

To solve this financing problem, this article comes up with one solution of trustproducts due to the reason that trust industry has its flexible mode of operation and goodexternal factors.As one of the four pillars in financial industry, trust industry has some advantagesthat the others do not have, i.e. rapid financing, cost control, risk management and profitcomparison, which can become a new channel in the massive financing of urbaninfrastructure construction, as well as contributes to the cost savings of government’sfinancing. In this paper, the author compares the model trust financing project of CentralPlains Economic Zone with the government’s investment means of Guangxi ProvinceQinzhou Port Industrial Park in the aspect of infrastructure construction, and analyses theadvantages and disadvantages of trust industry in comparison with traditional financingmeans through SWOT analysis method, in this way to provide a theoretical and data basedreference for government’s financing.Urban infrastructure is the foundation of a city’s economic development, whichdetermines the material base of the quality of people’s life, and plays a vital role in the steadydevelopment of national economy. It is commonly accepted that our country is and will be at ahigh speed developing stage for quite a long time, whether infrastructure construction cankeep up with the national development has become a stern test, for the reason that the insufficiency of financing and simplification in financing channel always exists in the processof perfecting the infrastructure construction in our country.
