Study On The Agricultural Industry Cluster Of Henan Province

China’s growth cannot leave the development of agriculture, the successful experience of manycountries and parts of the country have proved that the construction of agricultural industry cluster is thebasic direction in the process of modern agricultural development. It is an effective way to strengthen theagricultural industry. Henan Province is a traditional agricultural province, so the research of HenanProvince’s agricultural industry cluster development has very important practical significance. Especially inthe current period of economic transition, both to ensure that food production and to improve the persons’income, we need more study of the agricultural industry cluster and promote to the development ofagricultural industry cluster.Article take the literature research, theoretical analysis and empirical analysis method and combiningthe qualitative analysis combined with quantitative analysis method. And I use of knowledge of regionaleconomics and new institutional economics comprehensively. I combined with the relatively perfect inagricultural industry cluster area inland and abroad on the basis of the agricultural industry cluster theoryresearch. I summed up the experience in the development process of revelation, and offer reference for us;According to Michael Porter’s "diamond model" theory, from the production factor conditions, demandconditions, related industries and supporting industries, enterprise strategy, structure and competition,opportunity, and the government to analyze the development of agricultural industry cluster in HenanProvince. This article selects the Location Quotient as an index to measure degree of specialization ofagriculture industrial clusters in Henan Province. I came from the different angles to analyze the regionallayout of farming, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery to analyze the agricultural industry cluster inHenan Province. I put forward the development of the agricultural industry cluster pattern; mainly includethe association of leading enterprises driving mode, association mode, concentration mode and locationadvantage mode. In different regions, their own characteristics were suit for different development pattern;the last part, I analyzed the problems appeared in the process of agricultural industry cluster development inHenan province and put forward the countermeasures.All in all, the agricultural industry cluster is the only way to achieve agricultural modernization development. In order to realize the agricultural industry cluster development, we must through the jointefforts of all aspects, extend the agricultural industry chain the development of leading enterprises, developthe agricultural science and technology to promote and perfect the social service system.
