Study On The Efficiency Of Industrial Agglomeration In Henan Province

Manufacturing plays an important role in a country's economy and directly reflects the level of productivity of a country.The level of manufacturing is an important factor in distinguishing between developing and developed countries.Henan Province is China's economic province,2014 total GDP reached 3.49 trillion yuan,ranking fifth in the country.In the industrial output of Henan Province,the secondary industry accounted for 51% of the total industry,and in the industry contribution rate of this indicator,the secondary industry is reached 62.4%.In the secondary industry,the proportion of manufacturing is 88.4%.It can be seen that the development of the manufacturing industry has played a pivotal role in the economic development of our province.In order to better develop the manufacturing industry,at the end of 2008,Henan Provincial Party Committee,the provincial government proposed planning and construction of industrial agglomeration area of major decision-making development strategy,and in the industrial cluster,the vast majority of industries are manufacturing.It can be said that the development of industrial agglomeration area is good or bad,directly related to the development of manufacturing in Henan Province.This paper takes the industrial agglomeration area of each city in Henan province as the research object,and uses the DEA method to evaluate the production efficiency of the industrial agglomeration area in Henan province during 2013-2015.After the question,the purpose and significance of the study are expounded,and then the existing research and analysis are summarized.On this basis,the research methods and research contents of the article are determined according to the characteristics of the industrial agglomeration zone in Henan Province.In the aspect of theoretical analysis,the concept of industrial cluster and industrial structure upgrading is defined,and the common methods are compared and analyzed.The basic principles of DEA method and the relevant models are briefly introduced,and the implementation steps of efficiency evaluation are determined.In the next evaluation calculation,the evaluation index system is established,and the statistical data of industrial agglomeration area in Henan province from 2013 to 2015 are selected.The comprehensive efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency are evaluatedstatistically,and the dynamic efficiency is evaluated and analyzed.And then the Malmquist efficiency change index is obtained.Then,the advantages and disadvantages of the industrial structure of Henan Province and the city are pointed out by combining the comprehensive efficiency of the industry and the industrial agglomeration area of different industrial agglomeration areas.Finally,combined with the evaluation results,the relevant suggestions are put forward,with a view to provide some theoretical support for the development of manufacturing industry in Henan Province.The research of this paper makes up the gaps in the research of industrial agglomeration zones in Henan Province,evaluates the production efficiency of industrial agglomeration zones in Henan Province by DEA method,analyzes the existing problems and explores the future direction of manufacturing exhibition in Henan Province.Henan Province,the development of the economy and the improvement of people's living standards have great theoretical and practical significance.
