Research On Value Creation Process And Mechanism Based On Logistics Resources Synergy

In recent years, the logistics industry as an emerging service sector in the national economy is developing rapidly, becoming the protection of social re-production. Because the development time is short, the overall level of China’s logistics industry is low. As the giant of foreign logistics enterprises to enter the Chinese market, China’s logistics enterprises are facing severe challenges to sur-vive. The purpose of logistics collaboration is to reduce operating costs, to im-prove core competitiveness and to provide customers with value-added logistics services through effective allocation and use of limited resources. Logistics syn-ergy is not only the key to value creation but also an important way to achieve logistics synergy target. However, due to the complexity environment of logist-ics system as well as there being competition among logistics subsystems and ot-her reasons, the synergy between the logistics organization faces enormous cha-llenges. Therefore, the study on the value creation problem under logistics reso-urces synergy is necessary and meaningful.The paper builds a three-dimensional system based on a review of relevant research literatures, and discusses the value creation mechanism. Using the syn-ergistic theory, the paper discusses the three-dimensional collaborative process, collaborative mode,collaboration mechanisms of logistics resources, economic effects, knowledge innovation effect and relationship link effect. Based on the previous research, the paper describes the logistics resources synergy value cre-ation processes. Preliminariy analysis the external relations involved in enterpri-se value creation an d determines the key value creation activities. Using the integrated definition (IDEF)theory, the paper describes the overall process of value creation and the subfunction modules process respectively.On the basis of analysis of the synergy among logistics resource elements, using the structure function of system dynamics, the paper studies the correlatio-n mechanism between the main factors in the value creation process, summari-zes the causal model and mechanism of value creation that different elements pl-ay a leading role. Based on the study of the internal perspective, the paper anal-ysis the value creation between the logistics capabilities and human resources u-nder synergy, sets up a SD model which is running with Vensim software. This paper dynamically simulate the degree of synergy between human resources and power resources as well as the employee satisfaction to identify what kind of im-pact they have on the logistics supply capacity and enterprises profit, which are two main performance factors for value creation. Comparative policy analysis is also made between purely increasing logistic investment and increasing logistic investment while focusing on the logistics resource synergy.
