Design And Implementation Of The Concept Phase Management HY Tobacco Factory Technical Transformation Project

With the deepening of global economic integration, Market competition environment of Chinese tobacco industry will gradually shift from mainly domestic competition to international and domestic competition. Domestic tobacco companies, except in market-leading and strengthening product quality, must also continue to strengthen the management of the enterprise, in order to benefit from the management. Strengthening the scientific management in the concept stage of engineering construction projects is an aspect of enterprise management. It is not only their own needs of tobacco market competition environment, but the needs for the tobacco industry to ensure return on investment, also the needs for better achieving the goal of project construction, and the needs for firming the management base of enterprises; Studying on it may guide and promote tobacco enterprises to strengthen the scientific management in the concept stage of construction project, and also can contribute to expansion of the extension of project management theory.This article is based on the above recognition and based the starting point on improving the management in conceptual stage for the engineering construction project in HY cigarette factory. It through research methods of literature review, combining theory with practice, applies the theories of project management and conceptual management and its practice application summary form in tobacco enterprises, to analyze the management in concept phase for the expanded tobacco production line technical conversion project in HY cigarette factory. And building resulted in the above analysis; we get the summary of improving the management methodology and implementation of specific measures in the conceptual phase for the technical conversion project of HY cigarette factory. Research hopes to remind further people to attach importance to the scientific management for the concept stage of engineering construction project, and hopes to promote further the extension of project management theory to explore.
