Risk management is an emerging edge discipline introduced from abroad.It has been widely used in many fields,but its research in large and medium-sized engineering projects such as automated warehouse construction is still in its infancy.At present,domestic and foreign countries have little research on the risk management of automated three-dimensional warehouse projects.Although the use of foreign automated warehouses is more than domestic,there is room for improvement and improvement in the risk management of automated warehouse projects.As the warehouse develops intelligently,the technical requirements will become higher and higher,and the project implementation will become more and more difficult,and the risk factors will become more unknown.The scientific nature of risk management in the project implementation process has become the focus of ensuring the smooth completion of the project.Therefore,the automated three-dimensional project is the research object,and the risk management in the implementation phase of the project is studied.This paper firstly studies the status of automated three-dimensional warehouse and risk management at home and abroad.On this basis,it combs the relevant theories of risk management in the implementation stage of automated three-dimensional warehouse project.From the process of project risk,it introduces the method of risk identification and risk assessment.The method and scope of application,the risk control measures;on the basis of the introduction of the project characteristics,combined with the characteristics of the project implementation phase,the long commission period and the high degree of integration,decided to adopt the brainstorming method to the risk of the implementation phase.The factors are discussed initially.According to the reasons for the losses,after careful classification,the risk of the implementation phase of the project is decomposed by using the fishbone diagram method to identify the five types of primary risk factors that have a greater impact on the project;The analytic hierarchy process is used to create the riskassessment hierarchy model of the project,and the importance weight of the risk factors is calculated.Then the gray comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the risk level of the first-level and second-level risk factors;The results of the risk assessment are analyzed,and the risk control strategies with high risk levels are comprehensively applied to develop a comprehensive,systematic and dynamic risk control strategy.The paper uses the project risk management risk level as the evaluation principle,and applies it to the risk management field of the automated three-dimensional warehouse project.To a certain extent,it provides theoretical and practical reference and reference for the risk evaluation and continuous improvement of the automated three-dimensional warehouse project.
