With the development of the economy, the competition of Chinese lead-acid battery industry is becoming more and more serious, the problem of the unhealthy competition order has affected the development of the industry. With the concept of sustainable development put forward, good opportunities have been created for the reformation of China’s new energy market, especially the lead-acid battery market. In order to understand the present market situation, improve the competitiveness, meet the increasing demand of the operators, equipment manufacturers, etc. and make the value space of thee enterprise rise steadily, SD company which focuses on the international and domestic markets, is based on technology innovation and put technology innovation and modern management together. In addition, it builds marketing and customer service platform which faces to customers and supports all kinds of business development, to expect to improve satisfaction on the basis of maintaining existing customer satisfaction, win and retain customers with high quality, improve the profitability of the enterprise by improving customer value.This paper has mainly carried on empirical analysis and theoretical analysis to SD company big customer satisfaction survey, used scientific ways to explore the factors that affect SD company big customer satisfaction, formulated the corresponding marketing and customer service strategies and got the relevant conclusion. The conclusion of this paper is not only has the theoretical guidance meaning but also has good market application value.This research has gained the result of big customer satisfaction evaluation of SD company by questionnaire survey. Then, it summarizes the theory about the customer satisfaction by studying a lot of document literature, on the basis of the above, with SD company as the concrete research object, the integration and analysis of the literatures related with the customer satisfaction, we has carried on the model of SD company big customer satisfaction,then designed the scale corresponding to the model, by using the domestic and foreign relevant classical model for reference. First, we have compared and analyzed the collected information and data, then used the newest statistic analysis software SPSS16.0to analyze the reliability and validity scientifically. Besides, AMOS17.0software has been used to test the correctness of the model assumption, then according to the result, we analyze and summarize the real situation. Finally, according to the model and the analysis of the variables which aim at the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of SD company, we have analyzed the factors that affect customer satisfaction on products, price, sales promotion, brand and services, etc. and given enough suggestions to improve customer satisfaction and expand the SD company marketing.
