In recent years,with the rapid of the globalization process and the continuous improvement of the people's economic level,the living standards of our residents have also been rapidly improved.With the improvement of Singapore relations,the implementation of the policy of promoting the overseas tourists in the basic promotion law of Singapore's founding,and the outbound tourism market of our country has also entered a vigorous development.The situation,at the same time,the benefits of the market led to increased competition among enterprises,false propaganda,opaque operations of travel agencies,blind price reduction and other non-normal means are increasing,these means of competition not only did not increase the competence of enterprises,but led to decreased customer satisfaction.Resulting in a series of adverse consequences.Therefore,companies began to line of sight from the simple competition in the competition gradually began to shift to customer satisfaction in the competition.This paper builds a set of customer satisfaction evaluation system for Ctrip.com's new travel project through the study and research of domestic and foreign research results.The questionnaire survey method is used to investigate and analyze the customer satisfaction level of Ctrip.com.Using correlation analysis and regression analysis,the main influencing factors of Ctrip's customer satisfaction in new tourism projects were found.The results showed that the overall satisfaction of customers and the pre-trip preparation services,fair and reasonable service,and travel during the trip to the new travel project.There is a positive correlation between experience and service communication response,that is,the overall satisfaction of customers is positively affected by these four points.Finally,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions including improving the level of tour guide docking,communication ability and service quality,improving traffic grooming ability,saving tourists time and cost,and developing special tourism products that meet different age groups,so as to help Ctrip to continuously optimize and go to new Tourism projects to enhance customer satisfaction and improve the competitiveness and service quality of overseas tourism projects in China.
