As amajor force in promoting economic development, technology innovation is not onlyrelated to the development of enterprises, also affect the economic development of aregion or even a country. In central China strategy, as an important part of AnhuiProvince Economic SMEs should seize the opportunities of the national independentinnovation pilot province.
