Emotional intelligence is an issue, which concerned by the psychologic and foreign business management in recent years. Today, more people have realized a higher work performance of employees will also be a very high IQ and skills are not necessarily the general good at dealing with interpersonal person's job performance would be higher. The main purpose of this study is to study the insurance industry through the emotional intelligence of its sales force performance impact of emotional intelligence for sales force training, sales staff training to improve efficiency and how to improve enterprise efficiency in providing useful suggestions.The purpose of this paper is to study the relationship among emotional intelligence, job stress and job performance, and the interaction effect between the perception of job stress and emotional intelligence. Firstly, The study summarized historical research outcomes of the three variables:the perception of job stress, emotional intelligence and job performance. Based on paper reading, then, the study put forward a qualitative analysis of the possible relationship among the perception of job stress, emotional intelligence and job performance, and subsequently presented the hypothesis of this Paper. Secondly, the paper tried to prove the hypothesis by analyzing the data collected.Based on the data collecting from self-report questionnaires, we did factor reliability, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, regression analysis, and mediating effect analysis of research variables and their analysis of the relationship between the and the construction of each variable is the relationship between the various dimensions of the structural equation model..We found it:(1) the various dimensions of emotional intelligence has a positive effect on the various dimensions of job performance except emotional self-assessment; (2)the different characteristic of perception of job stress represent the different effects on job performance:incentive stress has a positive effect on the various dimensions of job performance, inhibitory stress has a negative effect on the contextual performance; (3) perception of incentive stress has a mediating effect on the emotional regulation and the job performance. Perception of incentive stress has a mediating effect on the use of emotion and job performance. The higher capacity of emotion regulation and the use of emotion of staff through a high incentive perceived pressure to improve their job performance; perception of inhibitory stress has a mediating effect on the emotional intelligence and contextual performance. It can ease the pressure on their perception of inhibition better, which can impove the its performance.This paper provided a certain reference value for enterprise. how to choose the right staff, how staff training in emotional intelligence and how to regulate the perception of pressure of employee to improve employee performance.
