J Company Project Management Analysis And Optimization

Economic globalization, international competition, the innovation in the organizational structure of the IT companies is accelerated. But some companies are still stuck in the traditional management model, its the laggard management philosophy become the bottleneck of the development of the company. Therefore, the use of the new management model relates to the path of development and prospects of the company.J Inc. is a communications company, it has three divisions, one of which is engaged in software development. It has common problem with industry due to the rapid development, through investigation, several problems are summed in J company:the division of functions is not clear enough, insufficient emphasis on the prevention of risk, human resources management, as well as selecting contractor of the software development project and so on.According to the problem of J company,TRIZ material-field theory of innovation management mode is analysised. IDEAL model and improved steps which is to improve the process model is proposed. Application of TRIZ can fundamentally solve the problems of the company, in this paper, the improved method of the IDEAL model which improve the process model is proposed, using case-based reasoning to select case, using the analytic hierarchy process to select the project development contractor.it make the selection more scientifically.giving greater decision-making rights to project managers is proposed.it allowed to the project manager play the biggest role. Take strong functions of the matrix is taken in Project development, and strengthen the communication between the team and a reasonable is guided to the conflict, a new and improved method of specific human resource management and risk prevention is proposed. The proposed management model and philosophy is applied to J G project and it receives a good effect.
